Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with any of our courses, you may contact our customer service department at (866) 971-7477 for a refund or exchange in accordance with the following refund policy.

  • Customers requesting a refund or exchange for a course (except for classes that are cancelled due to inclement weather, minimum student count not achieved, or for any reason out of the control of the student) must do so within ten (10) days from the order date to receive a full refund.
    • No refund will be granted for partially completed or completed courses.
    • No refund will be granted for courses that have been mailed.
  • Customers requesting a refund or exchange after ten (10) days will not be refunded or exchanged (except for classes that are cancelled due to inclement weather, minimum student count not achieved, or for any reason out of the control of the student). The materials may be used by another student with prior approval by us. Please contact customer service for details.
